These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement between you and 7cgame. By registering an account or placing a bet on 7cgame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every section below. 7cgame is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or place any bet on 7cgame. Age verification via CNIC is required before your first withdrawal.
Each individual may hold only one active 7cgame account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances frozen pending review. Sharing accounts between different individuals is not permitted.
All 7cgame bonuses — including the welcome bonus — come with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Full details are in Section 7.
All deposits and withdrawals on 7cgame are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There are no conversion fees applied by 7cgame. Payment method terms from your bank or wallet provider may apply separately.
Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit system errors, use automated bots, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and 7cgame ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in relation to all use of the 7cgame website, mobile interface, and associated services accessible at 7cgame.biz and any subdomains thereof.
By registering an account on 7cgame, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of 7cgame regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7cgame. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
To register and use a 7cgame account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
7cgame reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.
Each individual is permitted to hold one active 7cgame account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your mobile number, a valid email address (if requested), and the details required for identity verification. You must not use a false identity, another person's CNIC details, or fabricated information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
You are required to complete CNIC-based identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a hard requirement and is not waivable. Verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission. Once your account is verified, withdrawals are processed without requiring further manual review.
7cgame reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or connected to a prohibited activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 7cgame login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication device or code. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
7cgame will never ask for your password through any channel — including Live Chat, WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 7cgame and requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent third-party attempt and reported to us immediately.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7cgame support immediately to secure your account and initiate a review.
7cgame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the account settings section of the platform.
Deposits to your 7cgame account must be made using the payment methods listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Currently supported methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Withdrawal requests from your 7cgame account are subject to the following conditions:
7cgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including but not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus, PSL season promotions, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. 7cgame employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity around the clock. Suspicious patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed by our security team. If your account is under review, you may be asked to provide additional documentation before further activity is permitted.
7cgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
In cases of suspension pending investigation, any balance in the account at the time of suspension will be held and may not be withdrawn until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the full balance will be returned and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their 7cgame account in good standing may do so by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to the registered payment method within seven working days.

All content on the 7cgame platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, betting interface designs, game mechanics, software, and data — is the property of 7cgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 7cgame for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 7cgame platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express written permission of 7cgame.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7cgame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your 7cgame account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7cgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 7cgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7cgame does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, internet connectivity issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. 7cgame will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and used by 7cgame in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
In summary, 7cgame collects the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with any applicable regulatory requirements. Your data is not sold to third-party marketers. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised 7cgame personnel on a need-to-know basis.
7cgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7cgame will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the 7cgame platform after any changes to the Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using 7cgame and, if you wish to close your account, contact support to request a withdrawal of your remaining balance and account closure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 7cgame operates an internal dispute resolution process as a first step for any user complaint or dispute.
If you have a complaint about 7cgame, the first step is to contact our support team via Live Chat or email at support@7cgame.biz. The 7cgame support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five working days. If the resolution offered is not satisfactory, you may escalate to a senior review. 7cgame commits to providing a final response on all escalated complaints within 14 working days.
